Find a Missing Parcel That Shows As Delivered
Most parcels arrive on time. Occasionally though, the tracking may show as "delivered" when you don't have your parcel.

Tip: Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the parcel's location. Make sure you have your tracking number or delivery confirmation number handy. To find contact information about your carrier go to Our Carriers.

If the tracking for your parcel shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, you should:

Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage.
Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on
your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to arrange collection of the parcel.
Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of the parcel.
Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 pm.

Return Items You Ordered
You can return many items sold on When you return an item, you may see different return options
depending on the Seller, item, or reason for return.

To return an item you ordered:
Go to the Returns Support Centre, and click Return items.
Find the order you want to return, and click Return an item from this order.
Note: If you don't see the order you're looking for, select another option from the Filter orders menu, and then

Select the items you want to return.
Enter the quantity of items, select an option from the Reason for return menu, and then add any additional
information in the Details box.
To continue, do one of the following:
If the item was sold by, select your return option.
If the item was sold by a Seller, click Submit for Approval.
Note: Some Sellers may need to review your return request. After the Seller reviews the request, they'll provide a
label or instructions on how to return your items. If you don't receive a response within two business days, you
can submit an A-to-z Guarantee claim. For more information, go to A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee Protection. The
returns policy offered by Marketplace Sellers applies to all Amazon customers.

Select your preferred return method.
Note: If you choose to return via Amazon Locker, you'll be prompted to select a Locker location at this time. For

Print your label and return authorisation. Some returns won't require you to print a label or authorisation. If
you don't have a printer when you're completing your return, you can print later (we'll e-mail you a link to your
label) or you can have someone else print your label for you. Note: If your return is scheduled with Arrow XL,
there’s no need to print your return label. Arrow XL will bring your return label with them when they arrive to
pick-up your item.
Put the return authorisation inside of your package and attach the label to the outside.

Go to Your Orders.
Locate your order and click onInvoice at the right side.
Click on Request invoice on the dropdown menu. . They'll respond to you by e-mail within 2 business days.
